What this app is
The Darts App (“thedarts.app”) is a free tool for scoring darts games, running tournaments, and tracking player statistics. It is provided by Joinue as-is.
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you do, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account per person — do not create accounts on behalf of others without their knowledge.
Acceptable use
Use the app for scoring darts. Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the app's operation.
Your content
Player names, avatars, and game data you create belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. By using the sync feature you grant us permission to store and transmit your data solely to provide the service.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is with no guarantees. We do our best to keep things running and accurate, but we are not liable for lost data, incorrect scores, tournament results, or any decisions made based on information from the app.
Availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data, but cannot guarantee indefinite availability.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes we will notify signed-in users by email.
