Delete your account
You can delete your Darts App account and its data at any time. It takes a minute and can't be undone.
In the app
Open Account, then Delete account… at the bottom, and type your email to confirm.
On the web
Sign in and the delete option opens straight away.
Can't open the app?
Enter the email you signed up with. If it has an account, we'll email you a link to sign in and delete it. Nothing is deleted until you confirm.
What happens to your data
- Removed for good: your profile, avatar, players, teams, friends, venues, activity, and the games only you played.
- Games and tournaments you played with other people stay in their history, with your name shown as “Deleted player”. A tournament you run that others are in is cancelled, its results kept for them.
- Records of moderation actions on your account are kept for two years, then deleted. If the account was banned, a one-way code of its email is kept for two years so it can't simply sign up again.
