501 and X01

Your X01 stats, and how they're worked out

Three-dart average
Points scored ÷ darts thrown × 3. Only points that came off your score count, so darts before you open a double-in leg add nothing.
First-nine average
Your average over the first three visits of each leg, before the pressure of the finish. A good read on your scoring power.
Checkout percentage
Legs finished ÷ visits that started on a score you could finish in one visit. Bogey numbers such as 169 aren't counted as chances.
180s and ton-plus visits
Maximums, and visits of 100 and 140 or more, counted across every leg.

Questions

About darts stats

How is the three-dart average calculated?

Points scored divided by darts thrown, times three. Only points that actually came off your score count, so darts before you open a double-in leg add nothing.

How is checkout percentage calculated?

Legs finished divided by visits that started on a score you could finish in one visit under your out rule. Bogey numbers, like 169 on a double-out, don't count as chances.

What does MPR mean in Cricket?

Marks per round: the average number of marks you score in a visit of three darts. A single is one mark, a double two and a treble three.

What's a good darts average?

As a rough guide, many casual players average 30 to 45 in 501, regular league players 45 to 65, strong county players 70 to 85, and professionals 90 and up. Your own trend matters more than any number.

Do games against a bot count?

They count toward your scoring stats, like your average, but never toward your win record, head-to-head or records against people.
