What a darts night looks like.

From opening sign-ups to the final.

  1. 6:00

    Open sign-ups

Create the night, pick the format and the game, and put the QR code on the bar.

  2. 7:15

    Check people in

Players join from their phones; walk-ins are added by name. Check off who showed up.

  3. 7:30

    Draw the bracket

Close entries and the bracket is drawn from whoever's checked in, seeded by you or by their stats.

  4. 7:31

    Matches go to the boards

Each match is sent to a free board. Players following the event on their phone see which board they're on.

  5. 10:40

    Crown a champion

Results feed the draw as they're scored, and each match counts toward the players' stats.

A tablet on every board

  • Set a tablet to a board once; it shows each match called there and scores it.
  • Stays awake all night, in portrait or landscape.
  • No tablets? Players score on their own phones and confirm each other's results.

Staff can help

  • Managers set up nights, seed the draw and correct results.
  • Staff check people in, score matches and settle reported results.
  • Everyone uses their own phone, and results only need entering once.

Common questions

Does it cost anything to run tournaments at my venue?

Anyone can run a tournament free today, with QR sign-ups, check-in, walk-ins, the live link and the TV view. Venue accounts are coming soon, at $199 a year per venue. Venues that start in the first three months pay $60 a year for as long as they stay on the plan. Players never pay to join your events.

What does a venue account add?

Tournaments run by the venue itself, several boards with each match called to the next free one, a board tablet, staff accounts, and your events listed on your venue's page. When leagues launch, it includes one in-house league of up to 8 teams.

Do players need to download an app?

No. The sign-up link and the live bracket open in any phone browser. Players with a free account can join from the link; anyone else can be added at the door by name.

What do I need at the venue?

A phone is enough to run the night. A tablet at each board makes scoring easier, and any TV or laptop with a browser can show the live bracket.

Which tournament formats can I run?

Single elimination, double elimination, round robin, Swiss, and groups followed by a knockout, for up to 32 players you add yourself or as many as join through open sign-ups, in X01, Cricket and more.

Can my staff help run it?

Yes. Anyone can add co-scorers to a tournament today. With a venue account you invite your staff to the venue: managers set up and run tournaments, and staff check people in and score matches on their own phones or the board tablets.

Can I run a private event?

Yes. Any tournament, or the whole venue, can be kept off public listings and search, while the share link still works for the people you send it to.
